Joy Hertz believes that having agency over one’s body is a tenant of surviving oneself; we will offer an accessible, safe, clean, warm, and welcoming environment to exercise this control as needed by providing piercings and tattoos on a walk in basis.

Initially, Joy Hertz will exclusively offer flash tattoos on a walk-in only basis. We’ll offer tattoos designs that vary in complexity and cost, which will range from $20 – $100. Tattoo designs will be updated monthly,
Piercings
Once Joy Hertz opens our doors, we will offer professional body piercings on a walk in only basis.
